Dr. Katherine Bartlett, DMD
Dr. Katherine Bartlett received her dental degree in 2001 from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine where she graduated with honors and was accepted to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society and the Psi Omega Fraternity. She is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Dental Association, and has been president of the Emerald Coast Chapter of the Florida Dental Association. She has been a family and cosmetic dentist at Bright Smiles in Fort Walton Beach since 2001.
Dr. Bartlett has extensive training and certifications in the field of cosmetic dentistry, including specialized training in Lumineers veneers, Invisalign orthodontics, Restylane dermal filler, Mandibular Occlusion, and LVI Endodontics. Cosmetic Dentistry is her passion and life’s work and she treats every cosmetic case with the care and attention to detail that her patients expect.
Dr. Bartlett’s goal is to provide the best possible dental health emphasizing your physical and emotional comfort, while maintaining the highest standards of modern dentistry. Dr. Bartlett has extensive experience working with children and believes in preventive measures such as fluoride treatments and dental sealants. She prides herself on always taking time with her patients to personally address their wants and needs.
Dr. Ashley Brooks, DMD
Dr. Brooks is a native of Northwest Florida who was born and raised in Niceville, FL. She graduated from the University of Florida School of Dentistry in 2005, attended a one-year family dentistry residency, then served four years as a general dentist in the US Air Force.
Dr. Brooks came to Bright Smiles in 2010 and practices general and family dentistry for patients of all ages and is our "go-to" gal for those difficult extractions and other more surgical procedures! She also serves proudly as a Lt Colonel and senior dentist in the Air Force Reserve and enjoys fishing, boating, and spending time with her family in the outdoors.
Dr. Brooks is a member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association.
Dr. Cierra Sapp Johnson, DMD
Dr. Cierra Sapp Johnson is also a native of Northwest Florida who grew up in Bonifay. She completed a pre-professional biology degree at The University of West Florida in 2013, graduated from dental school at The University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2017, and attended an elite one year general practice residency at The University of Alabama. Dr. Johnson has several years in private practice and has been a doctor at Bright Smiles since 2019.. Dr Sapp Johnson treats patients of all ages and has been a great addition to the Bright Smiles family!
Dr. Johnson is a member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association.
Dr. Robin Blackman, DMD
Dr. Blackman was born and raised in the Florida Panhandle and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Troy University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2014. She was awarded her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from The University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2018 and then completed a post-graduate residency in General Dentistry at the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University.
Dr. Blackman is a member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association. She loves the beach and is so happy to be living back in beautiful Northwest Florida!
